Apartment Belveder Brno

Location is not bad, in beautiful building in front of one of the central parks. Was definitely clean and not badly equiped, with new furniture.

I thought I was renting a proper apartment, so was kind of disapointed to find out it was just A SIMPLE ROOM inside and apartment. It had its own bathroom, which was ok, but didn't offer much privacy regarding noise isolation. This not only can be intimidating for couples who want to be intimate, but was waken up by other guests from other rooms in the apartment at 2.30 am and then at 4am who decided to walk out and in the apartment at those hours respectively and in the first case were even talking loud, totally disregarding the quiet for people who were sleeping in other rooms. I know one can bring ear tampons, but these are not so convenient when needing to hear an alarm clock set for the morning and perhaps management should place reminders for guests that they are not alone in the apartment.

The location is quite good, and getting into the property was nice and easy. The apartment was small, but clean overall.

It’s quite an old house, there is some noise from the windows which are overdue for a replacement. There is definitely noise from the neighbouring apartments because of the thin plaster walls.

Cosy and functional studio in a very nice and secure building. Nice park with cafes near by and very suitable for walking to the city center. Very responsive host, giving a lot of useful information.

It would be nice if the kitchen nook was a little bit bigger or differently organised, with some extra space for basic kitchen stuff/snacks. It wasn't so easy to find parking space in front of the building od near by.

The contact with the owner was good and they helped me greatly

I did not like that before i was not informed that it is a shared apartment, with individual rooms. it was quite difficult to find the front door and the building looked deserted
