Szellemes és kényelmes volt a berendezés. Az indításhoz kávé, tea, üdítő nagylelkűen rendelkezésre állt.
A külső környezet éppen átalakulóban volt. A sok régi üres épület és az ott lakók a város szegényei voltak. Érzékelni lehetett , hogy a környék most van átalakulóban.

Розташування дуже зручне, новий комплекс, у кімнаті є все необхідне для комфортного перебування. Також є можливість припаркувати авто - у вихідні це було безкоштовно, що є плюсом.
Водночас є суттєвий мінус - відсутній кондиціонер, через що в кімнаті дуже спекотно і складно нормально спати. Якщо відкрити вікна, стає трохи прохолодніше, але тоді заважає вуличний шум. Окремо здивувала додаткова плата за маленького собаку - 30 євро за одну добу при дуже короткому перебуванні (пізній приїзд і ранній виїзд). З мого досвіду це досить висока сума, і не зовсім зрозуміло, за що саме вона стягується.
