Bardzo blisko centrum. Nocowaliśmy jedną noc i było w porządku.

Dobrá lokalita, hned vedle tramvajové zastávky mířící přímo do centra Brna. Parkování v ulici přímo před domem zdarma. Bezkontaktní check-in a check-out. Na lokalitu v porovnání s okolními nabídkami nízká cena.
Malý byt, nepříliš dobře uklizený. Poměrně malá a nepohodlná postel. Pohovka určená ke spaní byla velmi prosezená. V bytě bylo v horkých letních dnech velké teplo.
