Tolle, ruhige Lage (Werkbundsiedlung Brünn / Kolonie Neues Haus, 1927), Straßenbahnstation in unmittelbarer Nähe (fährt direkt ins Stadtzentrum und zum Hauptbahnhof), Apartment komplett renoviert und sauber, herrliche Dachterasse, Check-in und Check-out unproblematisch, nette Gastgeberin.

Lokalita je fajn. Možnosti jak na kolo, tak pro pěší výlety do okolí.
Chyběly např. papír.utěrky v kuchyňce, nebo kapesníky v pokoji. Ručníky po použití (namočení) byly cítit jako zatuchlé. Strašně malá vana. Sprchový kout by koupelně slušel víc.
