City Center Apartments - Měšťanský dům Minoritská I

Raňajky v pohode, klasické bufetové. Akurát pečivo už na 3. deň nebolo až také pestré. Výborná káva. Poloha ubytovania super, blízko centra.

Pokyny na parkovanie. Navigácia nás doviedla k ubytovaniu, ale na miesto, kde nie je možné parkovať hosťom. Po telefonickom kontakte s ubytovateľom sme to vyriešili (platené parkovisko cca 5 min. od ubytovania bolo za prijateľnú cenu).

I liked the location. The staff was helpful and addressed issues promptly.

The apartment was close to everything.

Very clean and tidy appartment in the very center of the city - 5 min. walking distance from both the city train station and the main square. Situated on a relatively calm street with windows facing a cathedral on the opposite side. - Two seperate rooms - one with a large double bed and one with a single bed, both equipped with very comfortable matresses and pillows. There were relatively big tables available in both rooms, allowing up to 3 people to take out their notebooks and work simultaneously. Reliable WiFi connection and fast internet are on disposal of the guests. - Home appliances in the form of a coffee machine, a kettle, decent TV (no local cable, only streaming services accessible with own account), and even a hair dryer were present, also some coffee capsules and tea as a compliment. - The communication with the hosts over WhatsApp was great, an unique door code is provided to guests for both entering the building and the room, flawless self check-in at any time. There's a security survailance at the stairway.

The shower cabin is pretty small and feels a bit claustrophobic, there are no shelves for shampoo / shower gel or wall hangers for towels. The single use shampoo and shower gel left at the property were merely enough for two people showering a single time - not nearly enough for the whole duration of the stay. - There's a single wardrobe in the small room while there's not such at all in the big one, only (way too many) shelves - ideally, half of these should be replaced with a wardrobe, equipped with hangers for shirts, suits, and dresses. - There are no hangers for outerwear in the corridor.

Location is great. For the money an ok apartment.

No shades in the kitchen area, even though there was a bed. Heater was on full blast and wasn’t adjustable. Stuffy air. Owner did not react to any messages after the code was sent. Breakfast was offered but not specified where to get it. No answer to questions. Very poor customer service.
