Very good value for your money. Kind receptionist and informative if you are a tourist. The apartments are not far from most of the places you are probably planning to visit and easy to get to due to the nearby tram station.

Great location, cozy, clean, well maintained.
The price is bit high for small room. But that's how it is in Brno.

Great place to be. The room is very clean, warm, and space it's ok. The shared kitchen was clean. The area is not dangerous, and I received the key on the door.
The bed is very uncomfortabale, hard. I asked to change and they said all the rooms have a sofa bed.
