Great location, cozy, clean, well maintained.
The price is bit high for small room. But that's how it is in Brno.

Great place to be. The room is very clean, warm, and space it's ok. The shared kitchen was clean. The area is not dangerous, and I received the key on the door.
The bed is very uncomfortabale, hard. I asked to change and they said all the rooms have a sofa bed.

The lady at reception was very friendly and personable. She kindly showed me to my room and showed me all of the amenities within the room. In the room there was a book of recommendations for things to do and see in Brno.
Only downside was it was a little bit of a walk from the city center, however, I knew this coming in and can't fault the property for this. It was also lovely getting to walk around the neighborhood it was in.
