5 minute walk to trams that take you to the center or outskirts. 5 minute walk to hypermarket with everything you would need. In 20 minutes you can walk to a few good restaurants ; in 30 minutes you can take a tram to pretty much everywhere in center-environs of Brno. To the north and west are great neighborhoods and restaurants. Not to mention the center, which is a 10 minute tram ride (or less). There is a cafe at the ground level with outdoor seating and good quick food. There are benches with greenery in the courtyard. Rooms are quiet.

Unfortunately no balcony in the room and no air conditioning. There is a fan though, which was enough. Not sure about laundry facilities. If going again I would ask. Parking filled up in the evenings. There was construction of a new stage in the development so this might have something to do with that it may improve soon.

Ubytování mělo vše, co jsme potřebovali. Čisté, pohodlné a velmi blízko dopravnímu spojení. Velice tichá lokalita a zároveň přímo pod ubytovaním je skvělá kavárna na brunch.

Bohužel manželská postel vrzala při sebemenším pohybu. Ačkoliv světlo při přiložení čipu u hlavního vchodu svítí červeně, tak je možné jít dovnitř. Trochu nás to zmátlo :)

Plně vybavená kuchyně, dostatek prostoru i pro tři. Perfektní čistota, veškeré vybavení v bytě fungovalo bez problému. Super komunikace s ubytovatelem.
