The owners make you feel at home the minute you arrive. It is clean and comfortable, even a small dining table. Quiet and serene. An easy walk to the bus and train terminals.

Giovanni was an amazing host. He was more than welcoming and helpful. The room was exactly like it was pictured and very clean and comfortable. We loved the location- nice not to be in the heart of downtown and only a short walk to shops and restaurants.
Nothing! Just know this isn’t a traditional hotel- more like a guest house but each room is VERY private and quiet. We had a private bathroom and the accommodations were perfect. Coffee and tea in the room was a nice added touch!

The host, Giovani, was very pleasant and accommodating. All his tips regarding places to go, where to eat and things to do were spot on. He is a local with a passion for his city and good food.
The property was sparkly clean and beautifully decorated. The room was exactly as portrayed in the pictures.
It was a quiet location to stay in Venice, away from the tourist madness, yet close enough to see the sights.

Amazing stay at the Hinc Domus. The host was incredibly friendly, kept us updated from the moment we booked, providing all necessary information prior to arrival as well as a range of tips and recommendations. On arrival we were shown to our room which was beautiful and tucked away. There was no through foot traffic due to the location, St Marcos square was about a 20/25 minute walk however if you preferred, the water bus stop was literally 2 minutes away providing access to the whole island. The host provided us with a map, drawing us a recommended itinerary and also explained how to use the water buses. I would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to visit venice. Thank you for an amazing stay
