Hinc Domus - Venezia

The accommodation was very clean, organized, and well maintained. There were clear instructions for everything, which made our stay incredibly stress-free and relaxing. Giovanni was an amazing host—very friendly, responsive, and accommodating throughout our stay. One of the things we really appreciated was the location. It was away from the busier tourist areas, making it very calm and quiet, especially at night. After long days of exploring, it was great to come back to a peaceful place and get a restful night's sleep. The in-room balcony is quite small and is more of a lookout than a usable balcony. However, we found the shared patio to be much more spacious, functional, and enjoyable. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend staying here. Giovanni was a fantastic host, and we would definitely recommend this accommodation to future travelers looking for a clean, comfortable, and peaceful place to stay.

An absolute gem of a place! From the minute we booked to when we departed our experience was super. Giovani was so helpful with advice on how to get from and to the airport, restaurants, local breakfast spots and what to see and do. The room itself was perfect…small (it is Venice) but perfectly designed and spotless. The area is lovely, quiet and peaceful. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Room was cute and comfortable. Host was lovely and provided excellent recommendations! Place was central and a short walk to everything! Luggage lockers for after checkout - we didn't use but appreciated the availability. Coffee, tea, and snacks were available in the communal area Plates, cups, wine glasses, wine opener, and flatware were available. Communal fridge was available as well. Air conditioning was controlled, but also available.

We got the double room with balcony, and Im pretty sure that they first picture with the woman is AI - the balcony wasnt roomy enough to stand on like that. Other than that, there was also a communal balcony area as well that we enjoyed.

Very clean, spacious room. You have a kitchen on the floor and very nice, cute terrace. The hosts are incredible nice, giving a lot of insights for Venice. The correspondence was easy and without any delay. 2min walking distance is a Vaporetto stop. 5-6min walking distance is the train station.
