The breakfast buffet was magnificent! Such a large variety of beautifully presented food items! The front desk staff even alerted the breakfast staff that I would need to enter the breakfast area 15 minutes prior to their opening because I had an early flight back home.
The facility itself was beautiful and well kept. This is a hotel I would return to.

A perfect place to stay in Venice. The location is excellent, with a lovely atmosphere just outside the hotel. The style and décor are absolutely beautiful, and the aquarium in the entrance is a unique and impressive touch.
The rooms are spacious and have everything needed for a fantastic stay. The gym, terrace, and bar are great additions and make the experience even more enjoyable.
Breakfast is fantastic, with fresh fruit, eggs, and other high-quality options. The staff are very friendly and helpful — we even had to leave early one day, and they kindly prepared a takeaway breakfast for us, which was a lovely touch.
An exceptional stay that I would highly recommend.

Great hotel in Venice, just outside of the hassle. Clean, very welcoming and with all you need. On small quiet plazza, with supermarket steps away and and great bakery / coffee next door. Restaurants very close. 10 minutes walk to main tourist attractions.
everything was excellent. Didn't take breakfast so can't comment.
