We were only here for a short while, but the place served our purpose well for staying close to Kotor, but not in the main town. The apartment was small, but sufficient and did have a small, but decent view of the bay.
The AC was not working well, but we did not find it necessary to get it fixed since we were only there for 2 nights. It was not a problem for us, but the path to the apartment from the parking spot was also not easily accessible for

City tax can not be paid in the property. You should go personally in the office and pay which is not so close and practical if you don't have a car.
