Sensira Resort & Spa Riviera Maya All Inclusive

Our butlers Caesar, Lupita and Gabriela were absolutely great!! Really impressed with how helpful they were at all times! Then Ava was absolutely fantastic! She helped us every morning at breakfast and sometimes lunch! She always made sure we were well looked after even when she had 2 off days she talked to the staff to make sure they take care of us! She is such as great human and we really hope you give her the credit and respect that is due Sensira! Same to our butlers! You guys have some good staff! I would look after them because they are gems!

Our hot water was a bit of an issue. We did asked them to fix it and it they did after a day or two. Apparently some pump was not working properly. The last 3/4 days (we stayed for 9 days) we did realise shower after 6pm then the water temperature was high. But anything in the morning and before 6pm luke warm water.

Children’s area, staff (Sandy); food and services were fine despite reviews (perhaps because it was non-peak season)

Road to the hotel. Wished they had king bed as a standard.

Nice rooms and a nice pool. Staff that tries to help in every way.

Apparently we arrived at a busy time, it was impossible to find a place to sit by the pool, people get up at 6 am and take up all the places around the pool and when you come on vacation you want to enjoy and rest and not feel like you came to fight for a place to sit, beyond that the buffet was always a dirty mess and the trays were empty or almost empty, at breakfast there is more food suitable for lunch than for breakfast, barely any pastries, let alone cereal. Very disappointing The beach is full of seaweed in an unusual section. You can't step on the beach, certainly not into the water. So all the beds on the beach are unused because the beach is really bad.
