This was our first time to an all inclusive resort, I'm glad I chose Ava, We loved our stay in Cancun! The resort is really beautiful has a variety of really good upscale restaurants & lots of activities. Believe the hype!! The black iron restaurant staff and Livo restaurant staff who served our dinner were just the best!! The butcher had really great steaks!! & appetizers too. Highly recommend!
Georgie, at the information desk was super friendly and gave a lot of helpful information regarding our stay, he is quick witted & he did improve our experience there!
I had a personal assistant too -Monica, who helped with resolving anything and was always sending us activities for the day. Which was cool
We had one of the best vacations we’ve ever had and would definitely come back for longer!
Dinner reservations in the steak houses were a bit of a challenge you really do need to book way early in advance, but Monica helped get us a reservation on our last day.
The check in process wasn't as seamless as I expected. No one welcomed us so we had to figure out where to check in. 😔
