Moon Palace Nizuc - All Inclusive

Very nice resort and the staff is super friendly ! Food is great- we would definetly come back.

The resort was beautiful and exceeded my expectations. They keep great care of the property, both inside and outside. The staff were all so accommodating, friendly and respectful. Although we tipped staff, they never made us feel pressured to tip. Upon arrival, we changed rooms to a king bed and they brought in two twin beds for our 11 and 9 yo, as suggested by the guy that checked us in. It worked out perfectly and there was plenty of room. Our room was cleaned daily and we were offered anything extra if needed. The food options are endless, was delicious and they put great care into the preparation and presentation of the cuisines. They had activities planned daily, at the pool and inside, day or night. It was a lot of fun! The main pool area was always a blast. I loved that they promote movement through the pool activities and exercise classes available. They have sand and water volleyball, sand soccer, fun pool games, friendly competitions, music and bands. There were some chill areas of the pool, but we enjoyed the main pool!

Food good in general very good except for the brazilian steaks where meats quality was not good and the italian at the golf course was not good at all

Meats a brazilian and italian at golf course, plus getting a call every day at 8:30 am from staff trying to sell activities and use up credits. Very annoying!
