We had an amazing time at a lovely property with all the facilities we needed for a relaxing chill holiday. The staff at the resort really make this place stand out.

Staff didn’t do anything about people bringing their speakers to the serenity pool

Staff was very hospitable, entertainment was good

The food was not as good as that I would like to be

Staff was very kind and attentive. Outside areas of the property were beautiful and flora was lovely. Activities were fun and add good variety to the days if you’re not planning on leaving the resort. Drinks were good. The app they give you access to upon arrival is SUPER helpful planning your days. The sargassum was bad on the beach but they do their best to maintain it and it’s completely out of their control.

The food was just fine I don’t think I’d rate any of the meals over a 6/10. The asian fusion restaurant was the best of the options. Several folks were sick seemingly from the food but can’t say for sure that was the cause. Not entirely the resorts fault but the whole site does smell quite mildewy and there was what looked like mold/mildew on the ceilings, tables and walls of some part of the resort but I am not an expert on if it was active growth or cleaned with stains left behind.
