Haven Riviera Cancun - All Inclusive - Adults Only

Me and my wife love this place it was our third time and every time gets better. The staff were excellent they take care of all your needs from pat our main guy that took care of us to Allen and colunga at the serenity pool were awesome plus all the staff that make the place rock. The restaurants are great the Asian fusion one is our favorite the steakhouse is great too we had the tomahawk steak twice. The activities were fun too. Also there spa is the best. Plus at night on the beach we saw sea turtles digging holes to lay there eggs that was the highlight of our trip. If your looking for a fun place with affordable rooms and not too far from airport come to haven you wont be disappointed.

The staff are friendly and very attentive. The swim out ocean is a great value.

Food needs to be better. Olios is very good, top quality. Vista is great as well, tacos are outstanding and service is excellent. Room service was better this time but still needs quick bites, sliders, wings. Overall food quality needs improvement. Drinks were excellent at vista bar and limes. Lacking selection on top shelf tequila. Craft cocktails were basic and one way to improve is to provide additional training for mixologists. The best dishes were the salmon from Olios and Chicken from agua benito.

The staff made the trip for me. I felt beyond welcome. I loved my stay and wish I could go back.

I just went during a bad time of the year. The sargassum at the beach was the only bad part. However, the pools were amazing!

Staff was very kind and attentive. Outside areas of the property were beautiful and flora was lovely. Activities were fun and add good variety to the days if you’re not planning on leaving the resort. Drinks were good. The app they give you access to upon arrival is SUPER helpful planning your days. The sargassum was bad on the beach but they do their best to maintain it and it’s completely out of their control.

The food was just fine I don’t think I’d rate any of the meals over a 6/10. The asian fusion restaurant was the best of the options. Several folks were sick seemingly from the food but can’t say for sure that was the cause. Not entirely the resorts fault but the whole site does smell quite mildewy and there was what looked like mold/mildew on the ceilings, tables and walls of some part of the resort but I am not an expert on if it was active growth or cleaned with stains left behind.
