    We have stayed at Moon Palace Sunrise several times, but this was our first time staying at Nizuc. It was a good value for the money, but the age is starting to show. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, food, and nightly entertainment. The spa is amazing. Staff are all friendly and helpful. Do not book this resort if you want a BEACH vacation. The water is brown and there’s issues with seaweed. Overall, we will probably return but will most likely stay at The Grand or Sunrise next time.

    Nizuc was silent and was not much happening. Attended a sales pitch and got 2 day passes for Grand. The wait time inside Grand on a Monday was quite high. There are golf cart lines which weren’t operating making a huge lines in all stations. Took 1 hr to come from Grand to Nizuc. How much ever you pay, you won’t feel premium. That’s Infact the idea of the resort. To me not worth the money we spend for AI resort. Maldives was expensive but worth the money. Not this place

    Had a wonderful vacation with my family this April. Staff are very responsive and courteous. Plenty of dining options to choose from. Lots of activities especially if you have access to the Grand. Will be coming back

    Beach was mediocre. Long lines for the buffet restaurant and the coffee shop. Staff was not attentive and very slow. We asked for 2 rooms with 2 queen size beds and got 1 king size bed and a folding bed instead. Food and entertainment were good. Bar was very good.
