The room was huge and very clean.
Pools are gigantic
The restaurants are all good, specially the Caribbean.
Great food as well!
Front desk staff really friendly
The beach was full of seaweed, but it’s a seasonal problem.
Some of the bartenders weren’t very nice and drinks were not properly made. Alaor some bars get vey busy, more bartenders are required.

We loved the furniture in every room outside and indoors. We had an ocean front corner room third floor. WOW. We loved it.
The staff were amazing. They have someone to greet you when you arrive and after checkin to show you around the resort.
There was a great rock n roll show one night. The pools are expansive.
There is no problem with excessive music. Always a quiet spot to be found.
Food was top quality even at buffet and especially there.
We loved the Caribbean restaurant.
Hats off to waiters Orlando and Javier.
And really to all the staff that made this a lovely break for us.

I like the property it’s very clean but the food is not fresh and alcohol drink are awful and terrible, I stayed very sad about this
