Very easy to navigate and transportation was stellar!

Paint chipping on many of the ceilings and posts outside. Condensation and moisture inside of the rooms was a little excessive, but I guess expected due to the humidity.

The Palms restaurant was a wonderful place to have breakfast and the food was great there. The Indian and Asian cuisine was also great. The more inclusive activities (Nickelodeon water park and catamaran ride) were very fun and a great addition to our vacation.

Our concierge lied to us multiple times during our stay and was extremely rude. Thank goodness for the manager who helped us with our issues. The frozen drinks had a soapy aftertaste and the pool was very cold. The activities that were advertised on our first couple of days at the pool never happened. While they ask about allergies at every restaurant, there is not always follow-through with them. At the buffet, they always asked if we had allergies but then we had to find a manager to actually tell us what foods contained the allergens.
