To start with off, after arriving at the Cancun airport, outside looked for the Lomas travel reps they where very easy to find. The where very pleasant, took us right over to the shuttle point and in no time we where on our way to the resort. Upon arrival at the resort we where greeted by friendly staff and shown to the check in desk in the amazing lobby. After finishing the quick check in, a beautiful ride thru the resort to our swim-up suite. The room was amazing, very spacious, clean, and comfortable.
The resort was amazing so clean everywhere we we went, every one of the staff who we encountered during our stay was a pleasure to talk to and was so helpful.
The pools where so enjoyable and the swim up bars and bartenders where great.
Every restaurant and every meal was great. The staff in the restaurants made sure everything was perfect and where so friendly.
Lomas Travel handled our transportation to and from the airport and made trip seamless.
This was a second honeymoon for us and our stay was amazing, everything about the El Dorado Royale was top notch. The resort is so well kept, great staff, and so beautiful.
We are already planning our next stay and are so looking forward to it.
