    We enjoyed our day, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the Room accommodations at Hotel Jungala were perfect. Our only frustration wasn’t getting a tram back to the hotel from wherever we were on property, and the complex pathways would have been fun to explore more, but the signage was confusing. Happy hour hours are 12 to 2 at the pool, just two of any beverage, and we took advantage of that for mocktails as well. Try every pool, they all have different features and advantages, including ocean views, lake views, and very different vibes and menus. The brunch buffet was incredible, easily top three breakfast for us of all of vacations.

    We were a little hesitant to not do an all-inclusive with kids but it turned out to be fine. There is a nice area called Salem where you can eat for cheaper because the fancy restaurants are very expensive. At first, the place is a little daunting because you cannot walk anywhere and you have to take a golf cart and its huge. But once you get to know the property it is pretty easy and you get used to it. We stayed in Jungala and although the room smelled a little dewy and there was no heat (it was very cold the week we went) the staff was exceptional and super helpful. We did the water park the one day it was warm and it was clean and fun although smaller then I expected. I liked Quinto the steakhouse and Jade but it was very pricey esp for Asian food, but the staff was super warm and made the dinner worthwhile. Overall, I would recommend but i do like the comforts of all inclusive with kids and not having to worry but the place grows on you and it was very pleasant.
