Resort rooms are getting an upgrade so in a year our two this review may be outdated like the rooms. We traveled with a large group, multiple plumbing issues including water being completely shut off to room without notice...mold visible and run down rooms that felt like they never really got down to that deep clean. There were a couple decent restaurants, but overall unimpressed with the food including a lack of quick service options...Room service never showed. This more inclusive advertisement was not accurate, during our stay we were u able to book the catamaran because it was "full", with no options to secure before arrival. We tried. Lomas staff were rude and not helpful, nor should use Hospitality in their title. We will not be back and feel very falsely advertised as luxury, it is not.
