Watch the sun come up over Miramar Beach each morning at this stunning, stylish condo in Tops'l Summit, where you'll be an easy walk or free tram ride from the white sand shoreline. Gaze all the way down the coast from your private balcony, and spend your days playing tennis and racquetball, swimming in the resort's pools, or unwinding in the hot tub, sauna, or steam room.
Here on the grounds of the Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort, you'll find indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, a workout facility, a sauna and steam room, miniature golf, and courts for tennis, racquetball, shuffleboard, and basketball. You'll also have access to a free beach tram, two on-site restaurants, and several walking trails on the property. Beyond the resort, Grand Boulevard is less than a mile north, Baytowne Wharf's shops and restaurants are two miles north, and Topsail Hill Preserve State Park is four miles east. A number of world-class golf courses are within a few minutes' drive as well.

Important Notice – Ongoing Roofing Project
Please be advised that the Summit Homeowners Association is coordinating a roofing project on the property through May 2025, and construction may take place during your stay. We expect minimal disruption and all materials will be confined within a fenced-off area located on the northeast side of the parking lot.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 7.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Beautiful view! Beds were super comfy. Showers were amazing! You actually feel clean afterwards unlike some places. Only taking off a star because half of the lights did not work.

We have stayed at Topsl’ multiple times over the years and this was by far the nicest stay we’ve ever had. We LOVE this resort. This is our first time staying at a Vacasa owned condo within Topsl’ and I was extremely impressed by the communication, cleanliness, and overall experience. We will definitely look to book Vacasa again in the future and hopefully this specific condo! Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay! The condo itself was clean, well stocked, and communication with Vacasa was top notch. The views of the property/gulf were beautiful. The Topsl’ property is well maintained, quiet, and a hidden gem tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the area while still being extremely convenient to restaurants, grocery, and other area attractions. We love this property.

Beautifully updated and decorated, super clean, incredible views, well stocked and just a short 5 minute walk to the beach! We enjoyed every minute and can’t wait to return.
