Wonderful condo! Clean, bright. AC worked well, huge deck with washer and clothes line. Large, comfy beds. Our host was very attentive and readily available. Walking distance to seaside, cafes. Restaurant. Easy to access. Would stay again.

Check in time and checj out at 10am? Really? we r on vacation and need to wake up so early? also the wifi password gven tto us was wrong ...We didnt have wifi for the first 3 hours or more..after many back n forth with owner...Finally someone came, wasted our time trying to figure out.. Insisted that it was OK yesterday and company will fix it..Finallyy he realised the wrong passwrod was given. We were only there 1 night and wasting so many hours of our precious time wasnt right .. we were tired hungry and just needed to relax before our cruise the next day. Nevertheless, it is what it is..Wish he shud have fixed and tested wifi ahead..He may have changed modem but then also change your signages ..Dont confuse people with old passwword. Place is nice big terrace . Host gave coffee/ tea/ cookies which was nice... Wish she allowed us to stay a little longer esp ssince she wasted our time the night before.! An hour extra wudnt have hurt...Esp since the next check in time was 3pm...

Some kitchen items were not necessarily sparkling, but was not a deal breaker.

EXCELLENT!

How happy are we with this place? Well, we plan to come back for at least a week! The location is perfect, just a short walk from the train station and short walks to the seaside, stores and restaurants. The owner is really, really nice. The apartment has a wonderful terrace for sitting outside and relaxing, looking at the city, and even seeing the sea. There are all kinds of extra things, like a washing machine, dishwasher and espresso machine, a shower that you can actually turn around in (with a shelf big enough for shampoo, soap, and conditioner — believe me, this is rare). There’s everything you need in the apartment and it’s large. You won’t be disappointed.

Amazing host, Andrea recommended some nice places to eat, and go out. Very approachable and so friendly! Had pizza with my son during our walk. Highly recommended. Flat is outstanding, spacious with excellent roof/space for relax and meals. Positioned in the centre, easy for food, train station, and access to port for cruises!

La casa è bella e il terrazzo è ottimo.

La pulizia è scandalosa e inaccettabile. Polvere ovunque: sotto il divano letto, su tutti i mobili e sulla terrazza. Lenzuola sporche. Avendo allergia alla polvere, ho passato una notte terribile.

Bellissimo appartamento, vicino al centro di Civitavecchia con parcheggio per l’auto di fronte. Un terrazzo enorme, alloggio pulitissimo e fornito di tutto. Nulla da dire.

Avrei preferito, trovare in bagno delle confezioni mono uso di bagnoschiuma e saponette.

Un grande terrazzo in pieno centro

Diego ci ha accolto appena arrivati, ci ha dato le chiavi, fatto visitare casa e fornito delle utili indicazioni sui parcheggi della zona. Abbiamo trovato l'appartamento pulitissimo e tutto nuovo, bagno molto grande e un'ampia camera con un letto comodissimo, oltre ad un'altra cameretta e una cucina attrezzatissima e con una bottiglia d'acqua in frigorifero, che è una piccola carezza che fa sempre molto piacere. Ci sono tutti i comfort, aria condizionata, lavatrice, stendibiancheria, macchina per caffè expresso (e le cialde) o moka per chi la preferisce, e il plus è il terrazzo bellissimo di cui abbiamo goduto nelle due mattine piene di sole. Inoltre la posizione è perfetta per girare a piedi sia il centro del paese che il lungomare. In più AnnaMaria ci ha dato ottimi consigli su dove mangiare in zona, che abbiamo molto apprezzato. Sicuramente da consigliare per chi vuole fare un soggiorno a Civitavecchia.
