The location of the property was fab close to All shops bars restaurants very close to cruise port fabrizio the host was lovely very helpful and even got us from the airport and took us to the apartment and collected us on are return from cruice port back to the airport made are holiday stress free from start to finish

Civitavecchia was a lovely place to stay before our cruise. Fabrizio, our host, was absolutely wonderful. He picked us up from FCO at a very reasonable price and drove us directly to the apartment so we could drop off our bags. We arrived much earlier than originally planned due to a flight change, but he kindly accommodated us, and he had the apartment cleaned and ready for us pretty soon after. He was patient in waiting for us at the airport, too, as one of our bags took a while to come out, but he circled the airport and came back for us. He was very helpful throughout our stay. He checked in more than once to make sure everything was good and even offered to take us to FCO for free so we could take the train to Rome if the Civitavecchia train station was still closed due to repairs (but it reopened). He even gave us a ride to the port on the day of our cruise. He also went above and beyond to schedule a reasonably priced, reliable driver to take us to Rome after our cruise when I changed my mind about taking the train with our luggage in the heat. As for the apartment, you couldn't beat the location. Walking distance to plenty of restaurants, shops, cafes, gelaterias, the sea, and there was a great market right behind the building. The apartment was spotless and very spacious. I was glad we chose to stay there for the 2 nights before our cruise, and I would happily book it again if we ever go back to Civitavecchia.
