STAY AWAY !!! BEWARE

Absolutely nothing!!!!

Upon arrival we did not have anyone tell us how to operate the tvs or the heating system. We had to continuously text the owner on how to do things. Come to find out they told us to try other remotes for the heating system in opposite rooms. It was a mess. A few hours into our stay there was a non stop loud banging noise coming from right outside our bedrooms. We messaged the owner and he told us they had a problem with the water pump. No mention of this issue prior to our arrival or at the minimum allowed us to try and find other accommodations. Next our water to the entire unit was shut off from 10pm to 6:30am. Again the owner sent us a message and basically said sorry. This is unacceptable ! We were a party of 3 adults and wanted to have dinner and shower which was not accessible since the water was turned off. The stress this added to our first day prior to our cruise out of the port in this town was not what we paid for. We decided on an apt style so we could make a meal and relax but that did not happen. When we attempted to reach out to booking.com the owner said we didn’t follow the policy because we left the premises half hour later than check out for which we told the owner we needed to do since we had zero water for 8 1/2 hours. A reasonable request we thought. The tvs in the bedrooms did not work either it said no signal. Paid more than a hotel for the worst experience of my traveling life

Will return

Fabrizio was amazing. The apartment was nice and we enjoyed having the elevator too. It was located right in the heart of the shops and markets. There was a pastry shop right below us where we ate in the morning and enjoyed it. Everything was pleasant and wished we had more time. Fabrizio took us to the port and once we arrived back from our trip, we saw him while we were waiting on our ride, and he offered to take us to the airport, but unfortunately we had a ride coming. That would have been swell if we could have. He also suggested a wonderful spot to dine (Pyper) where we went both days we were there because it was that good and the family were truly nice and hospitality people. We we return we will definitely come back.

Great apartment in fabulous position with very accommodating owner.

We loved the spaciousness of the apartment, the elevator so no stairs to climb and the position was fantastic. An amazing fresh produce market right below the apartment made me wish I was staying longer. Fabrizio was very informative and has a very happy disposition.

Friendliness and ease to communicate with the owner (What’s App), Fabrizio provides transportation from the airport and to the port for competitive pricing. Wifi was included, premises were great and spacious!! Excellent stay!

in decent area however the morning of us leaving there was a market being setup in the next street at 4am the noise was deafening.

having to boil a pan of water for hot drinks. Unfortunately one of our party suffered a terrible burn other leg trying to poor boiling water into mugs from the pan. I understand a kettle has now been purchased.

The location is good, and the coffee bar down the street is perfect

The owner was very freindly when met us to check in. Evreything was right, and smooth. But... after we left I got a messeges from the owner saying that we broke the sofa, which was not true, we mixed garbage distribution, which might be true, but this is since we come from a place we do not separate garbage, and the signs on the bins were written in Italian which we do not read. Also the owner told me the chairs in the dining table are dirty, which was not true. I have adviced him to concider restricting his customers to older than 21 years...
