Todas instalaciones, la limpieza y son unas personas muy cordiales y atentos. Tanto la señora como el señor.
No me gustó que Buking que ofrece un horario de entrada a la habitación y cuando llego al lugar encuentro que está ocupado.
No se respetan los horarios si ofrecen una habitación que sea en el horario disponible.
Estábamos mí familia y yo en la calle y buscábamos uun lugar donde dormir por eso busque en Booking el cual me ofreció esa habitación y que podía entrar entre las 3 y las 4 de la madrugada, NUNCA me avisó que no estaba disponible, me cobró todo y me sentí engañada dado que llegó al lugar y ocupado.
Terminamos durmiendo en la calle en auto, mí hija que jamás vivió una situación así, estaba muy estresada.
Con mí perrito y mí marido que había manejado Capó d'Orlando (ME) a Civitavecchia (Roma). Son 854 km.
Una verdadera VERGÜENZA.
