We made the right choice.

We loved everything about the property. The location was perfect as was the accommodation. Emanuela was the best. She and I believe was her daughter went out of their way to ensure we had a pleasant stay and transportation to the port the next morning. We could not have asked for a better host. If you’re in need of accommodations in Civitavecchia, this is the place! Book it.

Wonderful apartment in an excellent location with a great host!

Location - Excellent. Very close to the cruise port and with a lovely view of the port. Apartment - Very clean and spacious. Airconditioning worked well and was very welcome during the Italian summer. Host - Very responsive and easy to communicate with. Lots of helpful information in the apartment and she also provided detailed instructions on how to locate the cruise port from the apartment.

The only thing that we would suggest for the apartment would be a washing machine.

Great location and clean apartment

The apartment was clean and in a good location to get to the cruise terminals. Emanuela was very responsive and gave specific instructions along with photos to make sure we got to the right place and entered the apartment easily. Perfect for our one night stay.

Perfect for cruisers!

Right in the center of Civitavecchia and its amenities. Right on the water front with a beautiful view of the sea and of the port. Ideal for cruisers since the entrance to the port is only 10 minutes walk away. Emanuela is extremely accommodating and was able to prepare the property for us for an early check-in after a long flight. Everything was wonderful ! Thank you again !

The most perfect apartment in a beautiful location.

What a beautiful, modern spotlessly clean apartment. We had the most perfect view of the cruise ships and plenty of shops nearby just in case you needed anything before you go to the ship. Highly Recommended!

Perfect

Perfect, modern, clean, three bedrooms and two baths, very spacious, great location, lots of restaurants. Host was fantastic and very helpful in every respect. Parking was a challenge, but then that is Italy, host assisted with finding a spot with-in 200 meters of property.

Nothing, everything was exceptional from initial contact and during the stay. Will definitely stay there again and recommend to my colleagues.

Practically perfect!! Sadly, I left a favorite wrap behind, but Emanuela came to the rescue & mailed it back to me!!

Proximity to coast, restaurants &, most importantly, cruise ship terminal. Easy walking distance (with rolling suitcases) to free cruise terminal shuttle. Elevator in building for suitcases. Proper air conditioning in apartment. Good Wi-Fi. Excellent instructions in apartment as to how things worked.

Amazing apartment, great location

We used this apartment for a stay the night before our cruise and it's in the best location, simple 15 min walk and you're at the terminal. Everything was very clean, the kids loved the toys in the bunk bed room

The double beds could maybe do with being replaced as we found they slouched slightly but nothing that would put you off your sleep.

The owners are very kind and accomodating. The apartment was extremely clean and spacious. Access to the City and port are very close and easy to maneuver through. The staff at the pizza restaurant next door are great. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone.

Terrific apartment and location.

Terrific location, close to port, restaurants, etc… We enjoyed walking the boardwalk which had a picturesque view of the port. The apartment was well supplied with coffee, tea, muffins and biscuits. The apartment was clean, neat, comfortable beds and pillows. Overall very satiafied.
