My sister and I stayed in the two-bedroom apartment for two nights at the beginning of our time in Civitavecchia before our cruise, and we could not have been more pleased with our experience. The location was absolutely perfect, and the apartment itself was wonderful—clean, comfortable, spacious, and exactly what we needed. Having two separate bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and air conditioning made it a very comfortable place to relax and recharge while exploring Civitavecchia and Rome. What truly made our stay exceptional, however, was the level of service and hospitality we received. Booking through Booking.com was easy, and communication with the staff was clear, responsive, and helpful from the very beginning. They went above and beyond to assist us with transportation from the airport, as well as transportation for the various excursions and trips we had planned during our stay. Every person we encountered—from the office staff to the drivers—was incredibly kind, professional, accommodating, and genuinely helpful. Everything went smoothly, and we never had to worry about a thing. We are extremely grateful for the wonderful experience and the care shown to us during our stay. The apartment was lovely, the location was ideal, and the service was outstanding. We would absolutely stay here again! Thank you for helping make the beginning of our Mediterranean so enjoyable and memorable!

The property is great. Big a roomy apartment with everything you could need. Nicely decorated. Safe location and close to the port.

The mattress has a big dent in the center so you will find yourself rolling into the center.
