Apartment in the heart of the Marina of Civitavecchia (about 50 km from Rome). Pedestrian area in front of the beach and sea view. Second floor of a building beginning 900 completely renovated. Three bedrooms (two double and one twin bedroom), large living room with balcony, kitchen and two bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. WiFi and elevator. Air conditioning (to be paid on site). Excellent point of support for excursions in the Etruscan area of upper Lazio and visits to Rome. Beach with pebbles 50 m. Railway station at 250 m. Free parking in the area.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this apartment, location and most of all the amazing host! This was our first visit to Europe and Donatella made us feel like family. I had some last minute changes as well as a medical emergency during our stay and she took outstanding care of us. She absolutely made this the best travel experience ever. The views are beautiful from the apartment balcony and the location is spot on for restaurants and other activities.

We really enjoyed our stay in Donatella’s lovely apartment. The apartment is spacious and comfortable with a beautiful sea view. It was also perfect because of its location and its proximity to the train station.

We’re nice house situated at the beachfront. Well equipped and comfortable. There was some fees that we were not aware of for use of aircondition and there was no hot water for the first days but this was fixed by the host. All in all a good place to stay.
