The directions on how to retrieve the key from the lock box was not clear. One of the lock boxes had no cover so it was difficult to figure out that it was the lock box that was referenced in the directions from the host. Luckily for us our son was able to figure it out. Also, the directions said the apt was on the 1st foor but it was technically on the 2nd by American standard. Lastly, the bottom of the door to the triple bed bedroom make an annoying noise when opening and closing. Living room had no A/C.
