L'onesta del proprietario, la sua disponibilità e accuratezza nel seguirci risolvendo la situazione venutasi a creare in maniera del tutto improvvisa ed inaspettata. Si è rotta la caldaia e non potevamo lavarci perchè non usciva piì acqua dai rubinetti.
Purtroppo non abbiamo potuto alloggiare perchè la caldaia dell'acqua calda si è rotta e non usciva più acqua dai rubinetti. Il proprietario è intervenuto prontamente, ma resosi conto del danno grave, ci ha restituito tutto quanto versato aiutandoci a trovare un altra struttura dove soggiornare.

Unfortunately, low water pressure is caused by the public network operator. Sometimes they reduce the pressure for maintenance work in certain areas, but they never know if and when.

A bit tricky to find. Got lucky. Best to paint the address number on the building or door. Would have been even tougher if we arrived at night in darkness.
