Great place for pre cruise stay

My best decision for Civitavechia.

Our host was incredibly attentive to every detail of our trip, providing all the information we needed to reach the apartment easily. Everything was spotless and very well cared for. The place has something of the magical spirit of the charming touristic town of Civitavecchia. I couldn’t have wished for a better stay!

The property was well appointed and close to the where our cruise was departing from. The apartment had excellent facilities with a full kitchen, washing machine and all amenities (air conditioning also in bedrooms) The owner was very helpful and informative about the area. Really nice man and helped out make our stay a fantastic one.

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely apartment. The place was very clean and nicely maintained, and we especially appreciated the thoughtful touches—there were muffins, cookies, and a coffee machine with coffee pods available for us in the morning, which made us feel right at home. The owner was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. He went out of his way to assist us in figuring out the best way to get to the cruise port and, once we had made our decision, he even helped us find a taxi at the last minute. That level of hospitality made a big difference and really stood out.

The only small downside is that there are stairs leading up to the apartment, which can be a bit of a hassle when carrying luggage. However, everything else about the stay was perfect.

Conveniently located apartment in a great area

Orazio gave us easy instructions to find the apartment and how to check in. We stayed 1 night after getting off the overnight ferry from Barcelona. The location is great for restaurants. Orazio gave us some good recommendations. It's a lively area with a great beach promenade. It was perfect for our stopover. Parking was a bit tricky, but we found a spot on the promenade. But being Italy, we expect parking to be hard sometimes. The bed was really comfortable. Would stay again if we come back on the ferry.

I liked that our host was accommodating. He left us directions on how to get to places we needed to go. The apartment had everything that you needed. The host also left out food items for you as well. Would definitely come back!

Great stay close to the train station and the cruise terminal

Perfect location, clean and comfortable stay. We appreciated very much coffee and basic breakfast possibility. That was unexpectedly lovely. The host is very responsive, friendly, and gave us the recommendations for food and travel. Definitely recommend!

The apartment was charming and perfect for our 2 night stay before our cruise,

Location was great. We enjoyed the restaurant La Strada just across the street and My Lord Ristorante Bivio nearby, The owner, Orazi ? was so kind when our luggage did not arrive with us, The following day he drove me back to the Rome airport to pick up. He was provided a satisfactory tip for his efforts. Our cruise was much better for the effort, He arranged for our cab to the cruise terminal and came to assist with luggage on final day,

I could not manage luggage without assistance due to the steps to apt which weren't originally mentioned. They have now included a picture on the website. My husband has some mobility issues but managed the steps ok, I enjoyed the open windows and local street noise as part of the experience but I did get some bites.

Excellent self contained apartment. Had everything we needed for a small family. We only stayed one night prior to a cruise but would definitely love to come back again and stay for longer. The place was great, beds were awesome, the host left some snacks, water, coffee and tea. It was very comfortable.

Just be sure to have a connection with the host via internet as you travel, or be sure to let him know that you do not have mobile service. He relies on that to know that you have arrived and to let you in. There is a McDonalds near the place, by the ocean that you can probably get wifi at to message him. Or the closest restaurant near it knows him (beware there are actually 3) we thought it was one place.

The A/C not ready yet, had to open the windows, because some restaurants around that location, so a lot of noise until 1 AM and also some mosquitoes came in, couldn't sleep well.

Better advertising on outside of building and the apartment door to show your location. Would have been hard to find without host meeting us. Pull out couch should be switched to an actual queen bed and the value of the place would be much higher with 4 beds rather that just 2 + couch.

I check in late, almost after check in times, i was in touch with the property ower that was cool about it and told me to just call when im there, and then he arrived a minute after I did, welcoming us kindly. Location is super central, near the beach and the port, plenty of parking around. Apartment was big, uplifting design, very well equipped with anything you might need during your stay - including a washing machine, coffee machine, basic kitchen supplies and many more.

Struttura e staff consigliatissimi

Posizione centrale, vicina al porto, al centro, alla stazione, al lungomare, ideale per vivere un soggiorno nella città. Nelle vicinanze locali ideali per una vacanza turistica. Lo staff gentilissimo e disponibile nonostante il brevissimo preavviso. I servizi corrispondevano a quando descritto. Consigliatissimo.

In alcuni giorni ed orari non sempre può essere possibile parcheggiare a ridosso della struttura, ma occorre cercare nelle vicinanze.
