The apartment was nice with plenty of room for two couples, and it was reasonably close to the cruise port, but the best thing about the stay was our host, Monia. She spoke a little English and we spoke no Italian, but we managed to communicate very well via Google translate. Monia was a quick learner with the conversation feature. She also booked a taxi to the port for us at no extra charge. And I should also mention that the candy on the table, the milk and water in the fridge, and the breakfast pastries were really nice extras. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Desgraciadamente no pusimos disfrutar del alojamiento por problemas con el transporte, pero la gestión por parte del alojamiento fue impecable, intentando ayudarnos y tomando parte. Si volvemos a Civitavechia sin duda iremos a hospedarnos en este alojamiento. Mil gracias!

The host was so sweet and responded to messages quickly, and adjusted to our changes in schedule with no problems which we really appreciated. The apartment was well equipped and so cute! Wish we could have stayed longer. Thanks again!

The place worked well for my stay before a cruise. I took the train to Rome, an east 10 minute walk to the station. Several small restaurants in easy distance. The operator was very responsive and the accommodation had what I needed. Bonus was the espresso and croissants!
The property is next to the market so expect some early morning noise as they set up.
