Location was wonderful. We walked down to the market. Monia, the host, was lovely. She explained everything on arrival, and provided local recommendations for restaurants. She brought over some breakfast items and water. Full size fridge.
The beds were quite soft (sponge mattress topper). The air conditioning was loud and wasn’t really cooling the rooms. The bathroom was small. Your knees hit the shower, while sitting on the toilet seat, if you are of above average height.

Nice welcome from Monia. And she was very helpful on the last day when our taxi didn't turn up and she found us an alternative.
Large bedrooms. Great location if you like being in the middle of the old town. Good restaurants nearby.
Overall a nice place to stay.
The entrance foyer to the building was a bit 'messy'. Bathroom was a little compact. A/C was a little noisy and struggled to keep up with the warm temperatures outside.

The location was close to the seaside with the ferris wheel and the neighborhood was very safe and quiet. The owner was very nice, and let us in at 1pm. The kitchen was nice and they left us water and milk for coffee and pastries for breakfast
The air conditioning was very weak. It was a small unit that only cooled the one bedroom, and not that cool at that. Granted it was 95 degrees outside, but if we had used both bedrooms, one room would have been miserable. The sheets were old and rough, they did not stay on the mattress as we slept. The bathroom was very small. The floors were not clean, I took a shower in the evening and by the time I left, the soles of my feet were dirty.
