Everything was great. Good location, efficient AC, all necessary cutlery was available, even a tool box and first-aid kit. Market with fresh fruits, fish and meat around the corner.
The market was right under the windows, which was loud because they were starting setting it up around 3-4 am.

Location was great! Fresh fruit & veg market literally out the door. Close to everything. Beds were comfy.
Checkin instructions we received were wrong. They said someone would be there to meet us. Not true. I should have been sent an email with the key box code, but I was not. Once I called, it was quickly resolved.
The front door to the building is wonky. It doesn’t open easily and need to be repaired.

The location is very good, within 5 minutes you are at the start of the beach area. The bed is great, just like the bathroom is good. The owner is very friendly and responds quickly to any questions or issues. You can even cook and do your laundry if you like that.
