Perfect location working walking of cruise terminal,food,shopping.

Out host was an amazing gentleman. He came and picked us up in Rome and brought us to our hotel personally. Also there was a marathon in Rome outside our stay there and all roads where closed and he parked his car and walked to get us back to his car. So nice and helpful. The room was amazing and huge. Full kitchen two tha rooms and even an upstairs with a small bedroom. Plenty of places to eat right out side hotel including his friends place piper where we got 10% off each time and free lemonchello. It takes about 10 minutes to walk down to cruise terminal for our cruise and there was plenty of shopping best by.

We couldn’t stay longer. It was amazing. Nothing bad.

Fabrizio was beyond excellent! He communicated promptly, consistently and spoke English very well …and was so helpful! He picked us up from airport and got us in our room. He was friendly, knowledgeable and just such a nice person!! Place is Close to everything and very clean.

Furniture was a “little” outdated but comfy and worth the $$ as we were not in it long. So great value for price.

Perfect stay in civitavecchia

Wonderful central position, Fabrizio was there to welcome us and show us round his lovely property, he extended our departure time and organised transportation to the cruise port. This will definitely be our first choice for our future pre cruise visits to civitavecchia.

The owner went above and beyond for us, even arranging for transportation. I made new friends.

You can't beat the location to the pier. I almost don't want to tell you how wonderful the place was, because it might not be available to me the next time I'm in town. The people in the area were great. It felt like a community where everyone knows everyone. They made us feel like we were a part of it. The apartment was clean and spacious for the three of us.

I didn't like that my stay was too short. I would have liked to have stayed a little longer to explore the area, but the cruise was in two days.

Bell'appartamento nel centro storico

Civitavecchia è una bella città sul mare, offre sicuramente molte occasioni di svago. Anche la zona è abbastanza vicina a posti da visitare tipo: Tarquinia, Tuscania, Cerveteri. Ci sono piaciute molto le terme della Ficoncella. Abbiamo anche trovato una spiaggia non troppo distante con una soluzione balneare decente: la spiaggia del Pirgo. Aggiungo che è stata apprezzata la gentilezza e la disponibilità dello staff.

Beh ok che siamo in centro città in un appartamento fin troppo grande però rispetto agli altri posti in cui siamo stati il prezzo è stato più alto di 1/3, senza colazione... Il parcheggio non è dietro l'angolo, meno male che Civitavecchia offre diverse possibilità di parcheggio senza striscie blu. Altro piccolo neo, è la prima volta che in una vacanza organizzata con booking.com siamo stati invasi dalle domande, soprattutto quelle di alcuni condomini. Ad un certo punto mi sono spaventato, ho pensato di aver fatto qualcosa di male!

Posizione centralissima in zona pedonale e a pochi passi dal porto, ambienti grandi e confortevoli

Avrei preferito un miglior oscuramento delle stanze da letto con tende più scure. Non è una responsabilità della struttura e quindi non è una critica al gestore, tuttavia il ristorante sottostante ha messo il karaoke fino oltre l'una di sabato notte.
