Location is lovely. Right next to harbour and restaurants. Beautiful view of water and sunset from balcony. 550m walk to shuttle to cruise ship. Elevator to 4th floor. Shared kitchen with fridge and cooking facilities. Clean. Comfortable bed. Good air conditioning for hot days. Good communication for check in and out.

Alina went out of her way to assist me. Very much appreciated. The room was spacious, and the balcony view absolutely wonderful. A great find in Civitavecchia.

The room was very clean and well-kept. The owner communicated very well. The location and view are great.
The bed was HARD, almost like sleeping in a board, but the pillows were worse. We're staying in a hotel right now with duvets that are thicker than the cracker-thin pillows we were provided. We slept very poorly.
