Nice small apartment in the heart of the old town but close to all amenities.

Great spot --- close to market and restaurants. Easy to get to the Port for our Cruise. Apartment was very quiet and clean.

Great stay for a cruise stop and great host, thank you Fabio.

The apartment was perfect for us for an overnight stay before going on a cruise, just 10mins walk to the cruise shuttle with very big suitcases (and we are in our 60s). The apartment was very comfortable and there is a lift (it is on the first floor) Fabio, the owner is fantastic nothing is too much for him. His absolute priority is to make sure you have a great stay. The location is lovely, in the mediaeval part of town. In the evening you walk straight on to a beautiful small street with great restaurants. In the morning you have a vibrant market around the corner.

Fantastic first night of our holiday.

The apartment was a perfect location for an overnight stay before our Mediterranean cruise. The apartment is modern, clean and well maintained. Large variety of restaurants directly outside the apartment. Fabio is a fantastic host. Extremely helpful with all requests including transfers to and from airport/ cruise port.

Perfect Stay

Everything was great! Property was clean and modern with everything you would need and more. The host Fabio could not of been more helpful and really helped make our stay more enjoyable! Suggesting places to eat and providing us with a contact to enable us to arrange transfers which went perfectly! Although we were only staying one night prior to cruise. The experience made us want to arrange a return visit for a longer stay in Civitavecchia !!

The apartment is very comfortable and clean, the owner, Fabio, is very kind, caring and helpful! He gave us wonderful restaurant recommendations all around the city, and even gave us a ride to the port for free! The location of the apartment is convenient, there are restaurants surrounding it and it is a few minute walk from the beach.

There were no proper mugs for tea, not everyone drinks just coffee ;) There was also a wine corkscrew (bottle opener) missing.

Modern, clean, well equipped apartment within walking distance of the port as we were going on a cruise. Fantastic host who went out of his way to ensure we had a good stay. We had no EU adapter and he went to get us one at 9pm. He couldn’t do enough to help. Would highly recommend this property. One of the best properties we have ever stayed in.

The owner (Fabio) was very active, responsive, and was very helpful. he offered to arrange for resturant recommendations, taxi services, etc. the apartment is downtown and close to all attractions. everything is walking distance and you don’t need to hire a taxi to move around.

the only issue we had that the lofts were not working. however, Fabio did manage to give us a hand with moving the bags to the apartment on the 1st floor.

Amazing!

The host was amazing. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. He constantly communicated with us on things to do in the area, allowed us to check in early and even offered us a ride to the train station. I love this property and would highly recommend this place. It has everything you need for a trip and great customer service! You can’t beat a deal like this.

The host was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was located near many quaint restaurants and shopping areas. The town is beautiful, and a nearby train station makes access to Rome quick and easy.

Very friendly host!!! We arrived late (after 8 PM). This was no problem at this apartment. We have sent the arrival time to the host and he was waiting at the apartment on time. Late checkout was also possible without any additional costs, because there was no booking for our departure date. The apartment is located in the city centre, surrounded by several restaurants offering dinner and cafes/ backeries which are offering breakfast. And the best of all: the apartment is really looking like the official pictures!!!

The lock in the door of the main entrance was a little tricky...

Newly renovated apartment, stylish interior, very centrally located in the old town

The host was very friendly and check in was fast. The apartment was just newly renovated and stylishly equipped, so I very much enjoyed my stay there. The apartment is right in the center of the old town of Civitavecchia so the train station is not very far away and there is a supermarket and a daily market just around the corner. There are also many good restaurants to choose from and the seaside is just 5 minutes away. Excellent!

A estadia foi fantástica em todos os aspectos. O anfitrião é uma pessoa extraordinária, muito amável e muito disponível para ajudar e apoiar em tudo, incluindo reservas de restaurantes. A rua onde fica localizado o apartamento é muito pitoresca e agradável, com vários restaurantes muito simpáticos, com comida local. O apartamento é muito confortável, moderno, equipado com tudo o que é necessário e corresponde exactamente às fotos publicadas no Booking. A cama é muito confortável e firme, o que foi excelente para a minha coluna de 62 anos😄 As janelas são excelentes e isolam muito bem. Além disso existem duas portadas exteriores que fazem um blackout perfeito para dormir. Finalmente, a localização é fantástica: 10 minutos a pé desde a estação de comboios de Civitavechia e 8 minutos a pé até ao pick-up point para o terminal de cruzeiros. Tudo em bons itinerários planos, para deslocação fácil das malas. Ideal para uma estadia pré-cruise.
