Wonderful property overlooking the beach and close to many great Restaurants . Comfortable bed . Loads of additional touches in the apartment . The host Marilì is fantastic. Very friendly, and offers loads of other services. Including day trips, Airport pick ups and drop offs . A delicious family meal in her apartment is also available to book.

Was truly a great find for our 3 night pre-cruise stay leaving out of Civitavecchia

Was very neat and clean. Nicely decorated. Well stocked with almost anything you might need. A balcony overlooking the sea was perfect. Very close to restaurants. The host is a wonderful person in every way.

Great place, great host and we would stay here again!

The property was very clean and was good for a family of 4. We stayed here for a night while we waited to board our cruise and this was the perfect place. There were plenty of restaurants walking out of the door but Marili was a wonderful host and offered us pickup from the airport, a tour of small towns around the area and dinner with her and her husband. This was a great way to start our vacation and experience and Italy that not many get to see.

Fantastic stay at Mowita!! Maria was the BEST hostess! So communicative and helpful, we felt like we were in such good hands during our entire stay. Maria picked us up from the airport and drove us around the area and shared the history of the region. Provided many recommendations of things to do and places to eat and took us to the cruise port the morning of our departure. We enjoyed dinner with Maria and her husband and had such a wonderful evening of great food and company. Great location, so many things within walking distance. Small flat, but exactly what we needed. Beautiful views, I HIGHLY recommend!!!

Memorable, charming and convenient.

Mowita is in the perfect location! A balcony looking out over the promenade and ocean, wonderful restaurants, the train station. The flat itself is a relaxing experience. All comforts have been thought of, and striking artwork and clever decorations give it a special charm and warmth. Enjoy! And if available, a special dinner offered by the host/owner is an unforgettable experience. ❤️

Mowita: Best Hosts Ever and a Beautiful Flat

Our host, Marili and her husband, Marco, were so caring and accommodating. Marili reached out to us weeks before our stay at her lovely apartment so that we were able to make plans for our stay. Marili offered my friend and I shuttle service from Fiumicino Airport and tours (a self-guided tour of the sites of Rome on our first full day and a tour of local castles and the 40-person village the second day). Plus, an option to either drive us to a nice restaurant one night or to cook for us a homemade dinner. Of course, we chose the homemade dinner, which was wonderful! All of these for very reasonable prices. Marili's flat was the cleanest BnB I have ever stayed at. It overlooks beachside restaurants and the boardwalk, and is a one minute walk to the beach. My friend and I will recommend Marili's Mowita flat to all our friends.

I would definitely stay here if visiting this area.

Very clean with nice views. A few cans of soda, water and snacks were provided which was a nice touch. All breakfast ingredients were provided but you make your own breakfast. Safe and convenient for walking. The host Marili was awesome.

Perfect location for pre/post cruise with beautiful views!

Beautiful view of the sea with a cute little balcony. Everything you need is provided: toiletries, breakfast staples, and a great “pay as you go” wine selection with personal tasting notes. Marilì was so kind and helpful! She arranged an airport pickup and showed us around the neighborhood so we knew a quick route to the market and the cruise port bus. Thoughtful touches throughout the apartment, to include toys and coloring pencils for our kids.

Perfect stay!

This apartment is in a wonderful location with perfect views of the sea. Everything was neat and clean with lovely and useful details such as coffee, tea and snacks available. And I couldn't praise our host more; she provided us separate swimming towels and shoes and saw tremendous effort in getting back to us our daughters stuffed animal when we forgot it to the apartment. Would highly recommend this apartment!

Marili is a gifted host, the place was welcoming, sparkling, organized, stocked and fully equipped!! I appreciated all the little extras and conveniences of this lovely, little apartment. You can't beat the sea view! We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and appreciated the added airport shuttle service, super convenient!

The location can be loud on weekend evenings (beach bars and restaurants). It is to be expected I think in a touist zone like this and the windows were quite good at muffling the sound.
