We had to book this last minute as we were already in Civitavecchia without accommodation. The host contacted me immediately, and within 15 minutes we met someone who handed us the keys.
The apartment is wonderful — it has an amazing sea view, spacious rooms, and all the necessary amenities. We also found some croissants, tea, coffee, and other thoughtful touches waiting for us. It is close to the train station, restaurants and right next to the beach.
I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

We only stayed one night but host made sure to follow up again on my specific questions. It was so thoughtful to have my stay personalized instead of the usual canned responses.
There were about 3 various men hanging around the apartments when we arrived. It was ok, but we felt a bit sketched out at first. It turns out there is just seating for the other apartments on the path to room. We had no problems, and everyone was quite polite.

Location was perfect. The view was beautiful. Home was very clean. Everything you need was there. The Host Matteo was amazing. Instructions for accessing the property were perfect. Any questions I had he answered immediately. He also included directions, photos and extra information for our cruise departure. Would recommend 100%
