About this apartment rental
At 10 mts from the beach, on the seafront pedestrian, "Mowita" flat has a stunning view on the sea and you can hear the sound of the waves just sitting on the sofa or lying in the bed! At 2 mns walking from the railway station and parking area and 8 mns walking from the port of Civitavecchia. Restaurants, bars, pizzerias are just down the road. Ideal for a seaside holiday, to visit Rome, and for pre- and post-cruise stay.
"Mowita" is the first floor of a very nice four-storey building equipped with a large lift.
The flat has one bedroom with king size bed, memory foam mattress and memory foam pillows. The sitting room features a convertible sofa in a king size bed in an easy movement. Full linen included.
In the sitting room there is a TV with flat screen.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware and tableware. Tea and coffee making facilities are available to prepare your breakfast. Orange juice, teas & herbal teas, coffee, jams and honey. Dish soap and household cleaning products and tools are available as well as ironing facilities and a drying rack.
The bathroom features a sink, the toilet, the bidet and the shower and is equipped with towels, soaps, shampoo, shower gel, and hairdryer.
Rome lies at 60 kms, 40 mns by train, so you can dive into the hustle bustle of the city and back home where you can relax in front of the beautiful sunset have an evening refreshing swim! We can cook with special Italian dinner accompanied with great Italian wines, that you can enjoy comfortable and private space of your flat.
Besides, Civitavecchia is nestled in the old Etruscan territory so suggestive archeological sites (Tarquinia and Cerveteri) are just 15/30 mns driving from the house. Many beautiful and off-the-beaten historical and natural monuments are scattered in the territory around Civitavecchia. The natural park of Tolfa - at 10 mns driving - is an area of outstanding natural beauty with its wild horses, foxes, wild boars, owls, jays, hoopoes and several kinds of birds of prey.

Wow! What a fabulous experience. Our host, Marili was so amazing! Her communication was spot on. She was so friendly from our first interaction and continued through our last. She transported us from the airport to the flat. We then enjoyed an authentic home cooked meal in her home. Wow! The view from the flat is beyond anything we could have imagined, with a small balcony where we sat and enjoyed the Italian chatter from the restaurants below. The bed was so comfortable as we navigated the time change. We highly recommend this property. Thank you for our wonderful stay.

Great location. Flat has everything you need. The host was absolutely wonderful! She took us on a day trip to several treasures of places and her communication from booking through departure was over the top. We had a medical emergency during our stay and she came to the hospital to help out with language and comfort. Wish I could have given 10 stars instead of 5. Highly recommend this property.

Very pleased with our accommodations.Marili was so nice to make our stay enjoyable. We were close to the cruise port, restaurants and shops.We definitely would recommend her home and would stay again in the future.
