Location was good, didn't meet any staff only connected by messages

The flat needs a very thorough spring clean, kitchen cupboards inside and out are dirty, dust on surfaces especially skirting boards and bedside cabinets. Urine marks on outside of the toilet and cobwebs on the ceiling.

The place was FILTHY!single glazed windows it felt like you have slept with the windows open whilst was freezing outside.Mouldy bedding ,cobwebs and dust everywhere. Owner came and , cleaned,,the toilet but that wasn't the point.They should be prosecuted for taking money for letting out places that haven't been cleaned for months.Area is dodgy as well.Some local drunk haha meltdown at 12 am police came and it was so loud for about 2 hrs and it felt like you was outside with the single glazed windows.Whoever is thinking about going there for a family break please avoid it!The soon as you walk in through the front door you just know the place its a disgrace, dust and dirt on the stair carpet .Also bedding was mouldy so ive asked the owner to bring the fresh one which disnt smelled like one.Had to go shop.and buy cleaning supplies and thank.to god they had a washing machine so.i could wash the hand towel which definitely hasn't been changed.And they also.had the hoover which was the bonus so I could hoover the whole place!fruit flies all over the place and stench of dirty drains.Maybe at spme point the place was lovely but at spme point it gone horribly wrong and no one cares!!

Enjoyed our stay here

Its a nice cozy flat, very close to a Lidl, restaurants, pubs, coffee shops and a B&M. Free on-street parking available. Excellent heating. Third floor with a view. Quick replies from the caretaker. Plates, cutlery, gas stove, cups etc were really helpful.

No bathroom mats or door mats. There was no shower gel in the bathroom. Luckily very close to Lidl, so managed get one quickly. Nothing major..

Did the job we needed. A place to sleep while we visited family close by

I required a ground floor room which I felt was not clear in the discription. It was only after I had arrived that I went back to have a more detailed read of the discription that I found It Said second floor. My wife has mobility problems and had it said this clearer, I would not have booked this place. I understand that was my fault, I should have read it thoroughly.The kitchen was very dirty, the inside of of cupboards were dirty and greasy, the tiling o the floor in the bathroom was missing so the tiles were wobbly and I cut my toe walking on it. In fairness the rest of the flooring in the place was clean enough

Pleasant central location but needs a little tlc.

The location was central for us visiting family.

Didn’t state it was 2nd floor until we were on our way. There were three of us and only 2 bath towels and a hand towel. The blind did not cover the window in the main bedroom and the single glazed window meant that we heard every minute of the storm that night. Also the light in the hallway does not go off. Needs to be on a timer.

Good and decent stay near the sea shore town Mary port and easy accessible distance from Lake District.

Good spacious with all minimum requirements. Decent size.

It was 2nd floor no lifts, no parking, park at street with own risk, but find any issues honestly it should be okay to manage for a night or two. No wash liquids, be careful while using kitchen due to the hight and if you have kids, and use cooking stuff safe and cautiously. Otherwise all good.

A small vacation to a Beautiful Land

Place not cleaned before arrival, hairs on sheets

The location was why we picked this accommodation, there was netflix on the TV.

The accommodation was not cleaned before we arrived. This overrides anything positive I would have to say about it as I did not feel comfortable staying here. The sheets had stains and hairs all over. The surfaces had not been cleaned anywhere including the bathroom. We contacted the host and he came to change the sheets but there were still some hairs on them. This was surprising as I always check reviews for cleanliness before I book anywhere and this place stated to be deep cleaned before arrival which was just not at all true. After a long day travelling we were very disappointed in this accommodation which put a huge damper on an otherwise amazing day.

Clean, modern and comfortable apartment choice in Maryport

Instructions for entry were a bit complex but worked out just fine. The property is spacious and newly refurbished. Noise levels were fine. Dinner recommendation worked out well at Maryport Tandoori. Ash was very responsive via WhatsApp.

Full prepayment before arrival isn't ideal. We tried to buy food for breakfast but this needed a 15 minute walk so we went to a local cafe instead, which was average at best.

Our stay was pretty good. Maryport itself could use some cleaning up. Dirty streets. vacant bldgs.

The property was clean, spacious and amazingly quiet. Most amenities were readily available.

Property is not conviently located if one is on foot. Long walks to harbor area and downtown on fairly hilly terrain. Though spacious, rooms were white and sterile, Could use some thing to fill up the wall space and make it more inviting. Check in process was a little rough as we had trouble communicating by cell phone initially and owner does not read emails. Some extra coffee and condiments in the kitchen would be welcome rather than just enough for one cup of coffee in the morning. It's quite a ways to the near breakfast place.

Stay away from this apartment!!!!!!!

Confronted the guy who runs the apartment, that the beds were of awful quality and that the slatted base was so weak, that the slates shot out the entire night. Got an insanely rude response. Awful management, matrasses are worn out and the bed frame is the worst quality ive ever seen. The keys weren't were they were suppose to when we arrived. The apartment is dusty and poorly cleaned, the laminate flooring keeps sliding around when you walk on it and the bedroom door doesnt even close properly in the smaller bedroom. To make everything worse, the guy running the apartment creeps around the apartment the entire time. LATER ADDED: imagine lying and making up stuff to try to discredit an honest reviewer. We were gone the entire day, never smoked in the apartment and my contact towards staff was always civil. When i messaged the host regarding the awfull sleeping conditions, i basicly got an identical response as the reply to this review. Everyone here should wonder for themselves if they would want to sleep at such a place, all i can do is warn you.

Good size rooms. The rooms smelled really nice.

Towels smelled like cigarettes. Only provided one bath mat and two bath towels- should provide more. Should have ironed the bedding. Should have mopped floor. There were a few woodlouse on the floor, may need to sort this out. One rooms blinds may need to be a bit bigger to block all sunlight at night. The message received from the staff regarding delaying checkout time was a bit rude, they did delay the checkout time for us but could have been a lot better communicated

The location was perfect as visited family.

The apartment was filthy upon arrival , Maggie was lovely in attempting to salvage our stay by getting the apartment recleaned but it still wasn't up to standard.
