Don't hesitate to book!

This particular property had everything you could possibly need for a family trip. So all the home comforts really were a great touch and it had a lovely cosy feel to it. The host June was also great and very helpful. Location is also fantastic with so many places to visit and a brilliant soft sandy beach just a few minutes walk away.

The swimming pool - although the actual pool was good, the hall and changing area was not very pleasant. And the booking system to use it is not ideal - queue on the day from 8.30! This is not connected to booking this caravan though as we got passes separately from the reception. Just an advisory for anyone else booking to bear in mind.

Enjoyable but the little things could have made it so much better.

The weather. The site of the caravan. The shower and hot water.

No corkscrew. The seating opposite the tv had worn through.

Great stay let down with boiler issue and no response from owner

Fantastic location. Caravan lovely and very well appointed. Nicely decorated and great site.

Boiler went on last morning so all 5 of us couldn't shower and had to wash dishes with kettle. We couldn't use shower block as need codes to get in. We actually had day passes perhaps could have seen about entry but didn't think about this at time as we wanted to get on with our day. Tv in small bedroom didn't work either. But you are not there to watch tv but would have been nice for relatives who were in there. Rang owner twice and text about boiler as just needed topping up but she has never replied. Owner did go over and above letting us in early as elderly mother gets easily tired and we appreciated this. So mixed responses. Ps we had to buy toilet roll immediately but maybe this was missed as owner did clean quickly as above.

The caravan was close to the beach

It was damp and had a musty smell, heating and ventilation would help. The carpets and seating required professional cleaning. It was very basic for the money they charged.

After a terrible year for us, this was an ideal place to stay to just breath and enjoy ourselves.

The property was ideal, big enough and then some for myself and 4 children, less than a 2 minute walk over the hill to the beach, the caravan was beautiful and so clean. Great dvd selection which the kids loved too.

Lovely hosts, fantastic caravan in a beautiful location!

Caravan was perfect for our family. Plenty of space for us and the kids. It was very clean and had an added bonus of having lots of the things you usually need to buy or bring when u stay self catering. The caravan is in a lovely part of the caravan site and only a short walk over the dunes to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay!

The beds are not the comfiest. Could be doing with better mattresses or maybe even a mattress topper but we have stayed in places with far worse!

Perfect mini break

The retreat was spotlessly clean. The kitchen was well equipped with everything that you needed and it has a good table and seating area. Great relaxing sofa & TV area. The caravan was in an excellent location to site facilities & beach.

We arrived expecting the bare essentials like we have had in most other caravans however, when we got there it was full of the little extras that made our stay that little easier. Things like bin bags, cleaning products, salt and pepper even an iron and ironing board!

Lovely Caravan in a good location

Well equipped & clean caravan in a good location on the site. Beautiful Beach within easy reach and good facilities on site. Towels not provided as standard but owner arranged some quickly and without fuss which was great.
