The location was very convenient. It was helpful to be able to come & go as one wished.

Just some small comments...the head of the bed should be raised as it is on a floor that slopes downwards. The front door is very difficult to open at times especially for anyone elderly like me. Directions how to use the tv would be welcome. The hot water is beautifully hot so the hot & cold taps should be clearly marked & the hot tap needs replacing so that it works properly.

A good stay spoiled by lack of cleanliness

Great location and a lovely little apartment, well appointed and comfortable.

Cleanliness! Had to wash all dishes before using them as well as clean the fridge and the kitchen, kitchen bin was full of mould and down the back of the couch was disgusting, there was even medication down there, very dangerous if we had brought children,I'm not precious but it really was bad, the place could use a good deep clean. Checkout was supposed to be 12pm but someone came and pressured us to leave early so the cleaning could get done, the next customer was knocking on the door at 10am trying to gain access it was very unprofessional.

Overall a pleasant stay

The property is modern and comfortable and the host was very friendly and available to sort our little issues. Good position close to centre and shopping.

It was missing few basics such as a math for the bathroom, hand soap or any other detergent apart washing up liquid. No kitchen cloth or kitchen paper, salt or sugar. The bathroom math anyway was promptly provided by host when asked. Could have been a bit cleaner. Mattress could be more comfortable.

The room was dirty, microwavewas dirty and the bin was still full from the previous guest. There was mold in the room and shower room even though the extractor fan worked.

i liked the location of the property as it was close to major supermarkets and other things if you needed them

i didn’t like the fact that there were businesses that used the same entrance so it was as private as i was expecting. It also affected my sleep while i was on nightshift.

Ideal location for reaching shops, football ground, park. Lovely, clean space, good facilities, parking too! was nice and quiet also.

Maybe could've been doing with a dishtowel, soap? Just wee things, and the fridge did make quite a bit of noise at night.

Disappointing, Depressing place to stay, would not recommend it to anyone.

Disappointed with the location of the apartment it looked like one of several converted portacabins in someone's back garden. The place was cold and the only heating available was a small electric radiator. The TV was constantly loosing it's signal and this made it impossible to watch some channels. Some of the furniture had signs of rust/brown marks, the shower screen looked very grubby, the towel was very old and I bought a new one before I would use the one provided. I stayed for two nights but couldn't stand the cold depressing place any longer and left as soon as possible, and booked into another place. Will just put it down to a bad experience.

OK for a couple of nights or for work purposes but not for a weeks holiday

Location good for centre of Elgin, shops and transport facilities. The bed was comfortable and the shower was in good working order. The owner was friendly.

No hot water at the sink in kitchenette. No plug in the sink. Owner did get plug fixed but couldn't get hot water problem sorted so gave me a bottle of wine in compensation. Boiled water in kettle to was up. No spoons in cutlery draw - bought some myself. Pedal bin full of rubbish on arrival as if room hadn't been cleaned.

The location was great. I did like the wet room as well.

The front door was filthy with pigeons dirt. The entrance left a lot to be desired. No towels. One that was dirty. The fitted sheet kept falling of the bed. The fridge stunk of Onions.
