Firlands

The property was in the perfect location, stunning gardens and close to the town centre whilst being far enough away that it was very peaceful and close to local walking trails. Internally it was decorated immaculately and extremely comfortable for a family of 5.

Im a little lost for words with how Firlands made us feel. The 4 bed house is stunning! If you want class, everything you need, comfort, lots of space, privacy, then this is the place. The location was absolutely perfect. Near to beaches, lochs, and castles, me and my 3 kids had the best time and the weather was beautiful! I've never seen a beach surrounded by a forest, Roseisle country park and.beach, it was so idyllic and peaceful and had a lovely atmosphere. I was quite emotional having to leave Firlands, I want to live in Forres because everyone we came across was nice. Scotland is gorgeous and our host Michelle is such a lovely lady, we had no idea she was even there, but always there if we needed her. Honestly, take the opportunity to stay here, you really won't regret it. I have the pleasure of staying in places all over the UK, and this was one of the best. Thank you so much Michelle for letting us stay in your beautiful home :)

Absolutely nothing and I always speak my mind

The property is exactly as it appears in photos: spacious, spotlessly clean, cosy, and well equipped with luxurious touches. The property is a private area to the rear of the main house which has been designed in a way that ensures total privacy. The rear patio and garden area is surrounded by beautiful trees and would be perfect for morning coffees, evening BBQs etc (unfortunately it rained constantly during our stay!) We stayed as two families of four and found the layout of the property suited a social gathering. Michelle was a very kind and welcoming host.

Michelle was the most perfect host - she was so accommodating of our later-than-planned arrival and we managed to catch her, her daughter, and their sweet pup Margot, just us as soon as we got to the property gate. The location was peaceful and tranquil and the property itself took our breath away. Everything was beyond what we could've imagined and we are so grateful to have stayed here!
