The location was lovely, it was very cute and stylish, hot water bottles were provided, a hob, microwave and kettle was also provided and a lovely little fridge. Water pressure was excellent. We can’t really comment on staff as we were only there for 1night so didn’t see any however they were very quick to reply to email enquiries and always pleasant in their emails.
The bed was uncomfortable, and there was only 1 radiator in it which was in the bathroom so we slept with the bathroom door open all night to try and heat the place which didn’t work & the hot water bottles didn’t have covers on them. The bathroom window only had 1 piece of privacy wood but it had big circles cut out of it so it still didn’t feel very private when taking a shower.
