Beautiful spot, peaceful, clean and comfortable.

The location is wonderfully peaceful, and has a beautiful view. Lots of space for the kids to play, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The pods were very clean and comfortable. A really excellent spot for a holiday!

I had a tricky time getting the shower quite right in the morning, but may have just picked the time everybody else was having a shower, so pressure was low. We didn't have any problems using it in the evening.

What a place ! Calm tranquil and has everything you need.

Beautiful tranquil place. Not far from a town with everything you will need. The pods were well spaced out the play area x 2 and the little ride on toys was a real treat. Benches to sit outside and so well kitted out inside down to the last detail. The peaceful location was a tonic and a forest walk on the doorstep. Even a washing whirly.

The location was nice and the pod looked good. Tea and (instant) coffee were provided and there was crockery and cutlery, along with a microwave, to eat take-out food.

The bed was too short for me, and because there are walls at the head and foot end, I was folded up. Also the shower is coin operated, which we did not know, and we did not have cash (who does, nowadays?). At the price we paid, I think a bit of hot water could have been included....

Lovely and peaceful

They didn't know about our booking so it was lucky that they were not booked out. However, they promptly came and made the pods up ready for us without hesitation. The pods are very compact and has most things you need, except for cooking facilities. There is a toaster and microwave for small meals. There is also a bbq hut you can rent out, which was ideal for our group. There are takeaways about 10 minutes drive from the pods but not much in the way of dine in restaurants. However, we found a lovely little pub that does food, called the Granary, in Elgin. The sofa bed in the pod was quite uncomfortable as we could feel the bars but it didn't disturb our sleep too much. There are 2 parks right by the pods and a block of toilets, which is ideal if someone is using the shower in the pods and someone needs to use the toilet. The showers in the pods were OK. However, if the other pods are using the showers at the same time, then the water temperature drops, and it says low pressure. You can avoid that by having early morning or late night showers. We enjoyed our stay, but due to its location we wouldn't stay again. If you want serenity and time away from usual daily life, this is defo the place for you.

Superb

Great place in the nice location. Not far from the shops if you need anything (also a little shop at the site). It's all fenced up, so safe for the kids. Great playground. Our daughter loved it. We hired the bbq hut. The owner let us stay as long as we can, which was really nice. The pod is well equipped and clean. We had a fantastic weekend away. Thank you. Highly recommend!

Perfect.

Quiet location. makes a change from staying in a hotel. Owner went out of her way for me. I was stuck on traffic and did not reach location until 9.30pm. The owner arranged to meet me on the car park. Had made my bed up, put lights on and heating. I was so very grateful after a full days work and 3.1/2 hours travelling. In the morning I sat on the bench outside and the couple in the next pod came and set with me. The 3 of us had a coffee and a laugh. Set me up for the day. Would use again, no hesitation. Beats hotels. Thank you to to owner - so grateful for your help.

The location of the property was great and the park for kids was fantastic. The pods are very spacious and well built.

The shower wasn’t the best as kept going onto low pressure and the sofa bed was a little hard.

The staff were not helpful. There was no explanation that you required extra £ coins for the meter when the electric cut off. Luckily I had taken Pound coins with me. I had booked sofa bed/ bed. This had not been taken into consideration as sofa bed had not been made up for me.

We hired 2 pods. Each comfortably accommodated an adult and 3 small children. Ideal for couples with small children. The facilities are enclosed, making it feel safe for children to play without the worry of a road. Angela was so welcoming and friendly. We are already looking forward to returning next year!!

Fantastic, we’d choose it again!

The owner/operator was efficient, pleasant and had the Pod tricked out with every thing needed for our stay. The pods are beautifully built and maintained. There is a comprehensive but small shop on site if you needed something. We liked the location but we don’t mind driving to our destinations.

Lovely pods in a beautiful location with some nice walks nearby - Fantastic family stay!

The pod had fantastic facilities: plates, cutlery, a sink, double bed plus a corner sofa bed which pulled out in the main living area. The bathroom was small but had everything you could possibly need while Glamping. Far better than many other glamping pods we have stayed in before.

The water pressure from the shower was a little low, which made it difficult to have a proper shower, however, I would generally consider any shower while glamping as a bonus 🙂

Has everything you need for a family retreat. Well stocked shop too. Very quiet for a good night's sleep. Extremely clean. Close to town and perfect situation for exploring the coastline. Owner very helpful. Would recommend staying at Greencraig Pods.
