Amazing very clean .everything you need

Perfect location. Comfortable cottage with everything we needed. If I'm being very picky then we could have done with more places to hang/put away clothes. A few minor repairs needed but overall a good stay

Perfect cottage in a quiet location.The kids loved the cove for swimming, Books and games provided for quiet times. Would stay here agsin.

good instructions on how to find the property and gain entry. Very well equipped kitchen. Property cleaned to a high standard. Comfortable beds. Lovely views over the Moray firth.Good drawer space but no wardrobe as was mentioned in a previous review. We brought our own over the door hangers that resolved that little problem. All in all a lovely relaxing stay.

we had a lovely holiday the only thing wrong with the cottage is it needs some wardrobes as ther is nowhere to hang cloths

We had a great stay. The cottage had everything we needed, plus the lovely view. Findochty is a very photogenic village, so I was out and about taking photos at all hours! On our arrival we were welcomed by dolphins frolicking in the sea in front of the cottage. The evening before our departure we were treated to the sight of a pod of orcas cruising past, quite close to the shore.

I had a really perfect stay at the cottage. The property itself is well equipped and really homely and the location is just amazing. Watched the dolphins right from the house, saw amazing sunsets and dipped in the sea at the cove. One of the nicest places I’ve stayed.

Lovely well appointed propery in a beautiful location. Handy for a shop, pub, beach. Ate out bought scallops which were huge, saw seals and dolphins and caught fish. Weather was great and we had a lovely stay. Thanks Ashley

My partner, friend, and I had the pleasure of staying at this charming house in the lovely fishing town of Findochty over the New Year period, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The house itself was beautiful, well-maintained, and offered stunning views of the sea. Waking up to the sound of the waves and the sight of the ocean was truly magical.The location was perfect for our needs, providing a peaceful and picturesque setting while still being close to local amenities. We enjoyed exploring the town and the surrounding area, which offered plenty of opportunities for scenic walks and relaxation.Our hosts were fantastic—responsive, friendly, and easy to communicate with. They provided us with all the information we needed for a comfortable stay, and their attention to detail was evident throughout the house. We felt very well taken care of.Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a memorable getaway in Scotland. As soon as I arrived the cottage felt very warm and welcoming. Everything I needed was there. The owner was always very responsive to my silly questions. I can highly recommend a stay here especially for families as it’s a very spacious property will hopefully be returning some time in 2025

Arrived in darkness to find a lovely dwelling by the coast. Clean with plenty of space. There was a small issue with the boiler/heating but this was quickly resolved; and we were offered a later check-out or an extra night. We took the later! No issues - the weather wasn't great so we were limited in where we could get to but to be expected that far north in November!

Lovely and quiet location right by the sea. Plenty of walks and things to see nearby. Lucky enough to see dolphins at Spey Bay

This was a lovely cottage in a fantastic location. The cottage was spotless and fully equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The view from the living room window of the beach across the road was great and we even watched a pod of dolphins swim by. I highly recommend this cottage.

Return visit to cottage excellent location and cottage has everything you need. So chilled and relaxing just whst we needed. Our little jug Roxy loves it and her walks. Love the beach.

We have stayed at this cottage many times and love it. It's location is excellent with great views and a small beach and green very close so you don't miss not having a garden. We had many get togethers with friends and family just outside our front door. Children really love it. The cottage itself is clean, comfortable and well equipped. The owners are friendly, helpful and always respond promptly. The area has loads of places to visit and great walks. The local people are lovely and friendly too. We are always sorry to leave but know we will be back.

This cottage is very clean, light and airy. The view from the front door is fantastic. Findochty is a lovely area, a general store and pub, serving lovely food, are very near. The surrounding area has some beautiful beaches too. A lovely location and cottage that I hope to return to soon

We had the best time staying here , fantastic location and the kids loved the beach and my partner fished everyday in the sea , the cottage was lovely it had everything you would need , we would definitely return .

Findochty is a lovely quaint village with beautiful beaches. This house is located on one the beaches. Amazing, especially if you like the water. Fabulous views from the house
