This detached cottage is located in the village of Kinross and can sleep eight people in four bedrooms.
Strathnaver is a detached cottage in the village of Kinross just two miles from Findhorn. The cottage sleeps eight people and has one small double bedroom, one twin with en-suite, and two twin together with family bathroom, separate basin and WC and ground floor wet room. Also in the cottage is a kitchen with breakfast bar, dining room and sitting room with woodburning stove, snug/music room and library area on mezzanine floor. Outside is ample off road parking and decked area with hot tub and furniture and lawned garden. One well behaved dog welcome. Situated in the county of Morayshire, Strathnaver is a lovely family holiday cottage from which to explore this delightful part of the country.
Amenities: Oil underfloor central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, 50 Inch smart TV, 450 DVDs. Large library. Big selection of
games. Additional portable Freeview TV with built in DVD player. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Moses basket and cot on request. Ample off road parking. Private enclosed decked area with hot tub and furniture. Private, enclosed lawned garden. One well behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Beach 2 miles. Note: Use of cricket equipment, footballs, croquet set & boules. Note: There is 1x Ladies & 1x Gents Bicycles for customer use (in garage). Note: There are 2x Gents & 1x Ladies golf clubs for customer use (in garage). All equipment is used at customer own risk.

Famous as having been home to RAF Kinloss, the village has good local services and is surrounded by pretty open countryside, and once was home to the Cistercian Kinloss Abbey dating from 1150, the ruins remain today.

Talk about a 'Tardis' house! This place has an uninspiring frontage to it. It looks normal, nothing spectacular. However, on arriving at the front door, the quality starts to become obvious. Once inside, here is the most amazing, awe-inspiring, breath-taking home. The woodwork, the underfloor central heating, the wooden floor, decorative rugs, the kitchen, dining room to die for, living room, all shape up to show the beauty of this property. I'm not an estate agent, and it probably shows, but this house has knocked the socks of all my family! Add this to a hot-tub on the decking, a large family friendly garden, space to play, space to chill out, and a few hidden gems that you'll have to find for yourself.
