Black Swan Guest House

Fantastic B+B a short distance from the Lincolnshire Show Ground where we trade each year for Modified Nationals and subsequently stay here each time too due to the very convenient location. Excellent breakfast that is served very quickly and more than happy to provide an early breakfast for show goers which is great. Rooms are comfortable, clean and have free Wifi included. Owners are very friendly and plenty of on site parking too. Also recommend getting food across the road at Inglesby Arms! Huge portions, good food and lovely people who run the place.

Could do with a freshen up here and there and shower pressure is weak. But its being picky and more to make it perfect rather than "didnt like".

Great location for a wedding we attended at Gate Burton. Spacious room with kitchenette area, sofa and large TV

Bed was a little soft

We went up for Lincoln truck show and it was an ideal location to get to and from the show ground. Owners were very welcoming upon arrival had nice spacious rooms with everything you need for a stay. Would stay here again if we decide to go back to the truck show again in the future

One small thing is the cleanliness could have been slightly better just had a few cobwebs in the room we stayed in but wouldn’t stop us from staying there again
