A lovely little house, very comfortable for what we needed, but could do with some ongoing maintenance.
Good location for visiting different places in N Wales,
Blaenau Ffestiniog is a quiet town not a lot there, but we knew that before we booked,
Lots of places, pubs etc closed and undergoing renovation, obviously happening in the quiet season,hopefully be open later in the year.
Very comfortable and clean, but little things need rectifying,
Both exterior security lights do not work, the top of the mixer tap in the kitchen can come off in your hand, and the taps for the upstairs washbasin again need looking at, difficult to turn off, and the recycling bins at the rear of the property were just overflowing with waste..
Hopefully I will attach photos from outside the house, so future guests can see what they are looking for.

Home from home.Great facilities and location
The festive hamper was also such a lovely gesture.Extra touches for the dog was much appreciated. Fab, central location handy for visiting Llandudno, Betswy Coed and Antur Stiniog. The cafe opposite the road end was such a friendly place,.worth a visit. Scenic views from the bedroom window especially after the snow came.

A wonderful cottage, stylish, in the village centre
There have been no photos of the outside of the house on booking.com, why? We were expecting "surprises" and found a nice house. The only thing to remark would be, the WiFi could be less volatile. The other thing good to know, but not to remark negatively, is the size of the beds, for some this may feel a little narrow.

Beds are comfortable, shower is great, living area is comfortable and kitchen well equipped.
Parking space takes negotiation,
Quite a lot of footfall passing the property.
