Nice apartment but not worth the aggravation

The apartment itself was great—once you figured out how to get into it.

There were 8 PAGES of instructions on how to get into the apartment and some were incorrect. They also had a VERY long form to fill out to give details on each person in your party—a copy of their passports should have been sufficient instead. They did not give the login in instructions until hours before check in. The WiFi was not properly described, with a modem you had to put your phone next to and an unclear password. Why this couldn’t be put in writing is beyond me. I could go on, but the point is that no matter how nice the apartment is, all of the other stuff makes you not want to bother with it.

A perfect location to soak up Lugano which was made easy by the location and amenities of the apartment.

Great location with all the amenities you need for a family. It has a washing machine and dryer which makes a longer stay easy. The apartment was very clean, with two rooms and bathrooms which is ideal for a family. It is also in the heart of Lugano, only a street back from the lake.

Lugano is beautiful! and we are glad we stayed here.

The place is great, centrally located and the rental property associates were very helpful. You can see the sunrise over the mountain from the queen bedroom.

The apartment is near several bars (maybe a dance club) that played their music loudly until 1am or later.

The apartment is clean enough and it is really in the center of Lugano, near to go to every where.

It will be much better when some one meet us, when we make check in and check out, to explained the guest directly, what they need to do and what don't (rather then just everything writing on the paper).

The location is great and the apartment is very modern.

Its very noisy as there is a bar just below. We did not have internet on the first day but the agency managed to sort out the next day. We were expected to wash all the dishes but there was only 1 pod of dish washing soap and no liquid soap to use inbetween so really not ideal.

Zentrale Lage, grosszügige helle Wohnung mitten im Herz von Lugano!

Die zentrale Lage und der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage. Die Wohnung ist grosszügig, hell und voll ausgestattet, alles funktioniert. Die Küche ist ebenfalls voll ausgestattet und es hat alles was man braucht: man muss nix mitbringen :-)

Am Tag der anreise hat die online Anleitung für den Zugang nicht funktioniert. Die Kontaktperson konnte das aber sofort per mail schicken und es klappte vor Ort hervorragend (perfekte Bildanleitung!) Die Fenster sind nicht ganz dicht, was etwas Lärm in die Wohnung brachte (direkt neben dem Casino ist Betrieb bis 4 Uhr morgens) und das Doppelbett ist viel zu weich

Ausgezeichnete Lage und Wohnung, Sauberkeit liesse sich noch manches besser machen

Die Lage, die Ausstattung sowie die Gastfreundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Check-in-Teams von Happy Rentals waren ausgezeichnet. Die Wohnung befindet sich nur wenige Schritte vom Luganersee entfernt, ebenso wie von zahlreichen Geschäften und Restaurants. Die Anreise vom Bahnhof Lugano und der Check-in verliefen reibungslos, da ich bereits einige Tage vorher detaillierte Anleitungen mit Bildern erhalten hatte.

Leider waren die Sauberkeit und der Service des lokalen Teams enttäuschend. Im zweiten Badezimmer herrschte ein starker, unangenehmer Geruch, der vermutlich vom schwarzen Schimmel in der Dusche ausging. Der Geruch verschwand jeweils nach dem Duschen, kehrte jedoch regelmässig zurück. Wir meldeten dies dem Check-in-Team, das sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit war und angab, die Beschwerde an das lokale Team in Lugano weitergeleitet zu haben. Leider erhielten wir von diesem keine Rückmeldung. In der Küche befand sich Schimmel auf der Unterseite des Mülleimerdeckels. Noch schlimmer: Auf dem Schneidebrett krabbelten kleine Insekten. Auch dieses Problem meldete ich mehreren Mitarbeitenden des Lugano-Teams, von denen nur eine Person reagierte. Die einzige Antwort war eine knappe Entschuldigung, jedoch ohne jegliches Angebot zur Reinigung oder zur nachhaltigen Lösung des Problems. Es ist wirklich bedauerlich, denn die Wohnung selbst, die Lage, die Ausstattung und das Check-in-Team sind hervorragend. Ich hoffe sehr, dass das Team in Lugano seinen Service verbessert und künftig aktiv Lösungen anbietet, denn ansonsten wäre dies eine perfekte Erfahrung mit einer Bewertung von 10/10 gewesen.

Alles in allem eine tolle Wohnung. Das Personal spricht deutsch und ist sehr hilfsbereit.

Die Lage ist toll. Mitten im Geschehen, allerdings amWochenende seeeehr laut, da das Casino und ein Club gleich gegenüber ist und alle Besucher sehr laut durch die Straßen grölen. Die Motoren der Autos und Motorräder heulen laut auf, man muss anscheinend zeigen, wieviel PS man hat. Unter der Woche ist es aber ok.

Die Küche ist etwas spartanisch mit Geschirr ausgestattet und die Fugen in den Duschen sind schimmelig und kaputt.

Für einen Kurztrip ideal!

Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen (See, Altstadt), sauber und super für einen Kurzaufenthalt in Lugano.

Der Abfluss in einem der Bäder hat am Anfang sehr gerochen. Nachdem wir etwas Wasser in den Abfluss gelassen haben ging es. Im anderen Bad war der Handtuchhalter kaputt. Nachts ist es schon laut (wobei wir das Wochenende in Lugano verbracht haben als Herbstfest war), was wohl der zentralen Lage zuzuschreiben ist.
