L’appartement est magnifique, idéale pour trois personnes pas plus, belle terrasse et tout à disponibilité

The location was great, just a couple of minutes on foot from city center. Getting in and out of the apartment was quite easy. The little yard outside felt fresh and was quite cute for having breakfast or just relaxing.

We went from July 4th to July 9th, and the apartment was very hot (with/without open windows, with/without turning the fan on, open/closed blinds, etc.) even at 6:30, or even 3am when we left. The fan that was provided didn't really help at all. The mattress on the bed was very thin, and very uncomfortable. My wife needs comfortable mattresses, otherwise her back hurts, and it hurt for the entire vacation. The pull-out couch was quite unclean, to the point where we had to hide the stains to convince our daughter to sleep in it. I'm positive it had been cleaned, but it still had very visible stains and spots, and it was dusty. A bucket with a mop was inexplicably outside in the yard for the entire duration. We emailed the first day with a non-urgent question, and never got a response. The only email we got since was the instructions for how to leave the apartment before leaving. In the apartment's description, a barbecue was advertised, but it was not available. The water coming out of the faucet was at best lukewarm, and at most warm, even if set to the coldest setting.
